Shipping time for orders is specified in each product description.

Products visible in the “READY” tab are shipped within 2 business days.

For digital product delivery (in the “PATTERNS” tab), customers receive access to the file immediately after payment.

Products from the “MADE TO ORDER” section are shipped within a maximum of 30 business days (approx. 6 weeks). In this case, each product is handmade to order. It consists of even several thousand stitches. Production time takes from several to even a dozen hours 🙂

Wicker/straw bags are usually shipped within 3 business days.

Yes, but only for products from the “MADE TO ORDER” section. In addition to silver, we make gold, black, and antique gold hardware. If you want to change the hardware, just add a note in the order comments.

Yes! We can adjust the strap and handle length to your individual needs, but only for bags and backpacks from the “MADE TO ORDER” section. Just add your ideal length in the order comments, and we’ll make it that way 🙂
