DIGITAL PRODUCTS<\/em><\/h4>\n

Digital products (patterns, courses, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/p>\n

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS<\/em><\/h4>\n

Purchased products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment.<\/p>\n

For returns, please contact us at kontakt@knate.pl. You can use the withdrawal form available below, in the store terms and conditions, or included with your order. This is not required, but it will help streamline the return process.<\/p>\n

Please send the returned product in a box!!<\/p>\n

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the package.<\/p>\n

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.<\/p>\n

These terms do not apply to custom-made products<\/u>, meaning those made to individual measurements, designs, or marked in the store as “made to order.” Custom-made products are marked in the store on the product page and in the cart as “Product available on order.” Custom-made products also include this information in the product description. This particularly applies to winter accessories, such as hats, headbands, scarves, and cowls. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. <\/u><\/p>\n

INFORMATION ON EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal:<\/p>\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.<\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n

Effects of withdrawal:<\/p>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.<\/p>\n

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>\n

Please send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.<\/p>\n

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n
